Starting or learning something new

In this time and age, to start something new, to be unique is all the rage.  Why not?  Why not be your own “mentor”, “hero” or “be the best you”.   In the last few years, I have found that people want a lot but sometimes do the hard work and sometimes they take a short cut.   Some key points I would like to make tie to my favorite saying:

“Live life the fullest”

  1. Make up your mind what you want to do
  2. Create a timeline to accomplish this achievement
  3. Be realistic in how much time you give yourself
  4. Don’t give up, you can always slow down or take longer, but DON’T GIVE UP
  5. Keep an ongoing list of what you have done and what you have left
  6. Don’t let others change your mind or deter you
  7. Every time you achieve a “mile” marker, give yourself a treat
  8. Finish it and then go to your next goal but never forget you can do anything.
