Keeping your business from getting sick

So you may think, what does this mean?

Just like people, businesses can get sick through misuse of resources, people and money.  How do you keep your business from getting “sick”?

  1. Plan, Act, Do Check all the time
    1. Plan – 1 year plan, 5 year plan
    2. Act – don’t just let the plan stay stagnate, do what you say you will do
    3. Do – Keep working on it, continue to change and adapt to make your plan work
    4. FOLLOW UP, FOLLOW UP…. That is how a business, person, anything/anyone gets sick.  When we forget to follow up, check to see if everything is following a timeline, following the plan or even just getting started, we lose the momentum and lose the focus….. and we become “sick”.

This is a short blog but lots to think about and analyze.   Keep in mind, you may be the brain of the business, but without the body, the brain can do nothing.  So make sure your people are doing well and understanding their goals, processes and end results.
